Professional Background and Civic Involvement
Ms. Jo-Anne Mikka G. Rosario is a Certified Public Accountant with diverse professional experience in external auditing, taxation, financial reporting, business process outsourcing, and investment and tax advisory. She currently serves as Senior Manager at Lopez and Co. CPAs, where she leads audit engagements for clients across various industries, including entities registered with the Insurance Commission (IC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
Ms. Rosario also serves as Senior Manager at LFC Solutions.Net, Inc., where she manages the company’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. In this capacity, she oversees accounting and financial reporting functions, ensures operational efficiency, and coordinates client service delivery to meet compliance and performance standards.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Lyceum-Northwestern University, Dagupan City, where she was a Dean’s Lister.
Among her professional affiliations, Ms. Rosario is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP). She continuously participates in professional development programs, seminars, and training conducted by these organizations, focusing on developments in auditing, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
She participated in the 25th Annual National Convention of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice, the 14th Philippine Professional Summit, and the 80th Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Annual National Convention, further strengthening her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
