Lean A. Ilano is a finance and marketing professional with extensive experience in financial management, business operations, and marketing strategy. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the RTL Group of Companies, where she oversees financial planning, analysis, and strategic resource allocation across the organization.
Ms. Ilano holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management from Emilio Aguinaldo College – Manila, and a Master in Business Administration from the Philippine Christian University – Manila. She also completed the Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies program from Harvard Business School, strengthening her understanding of global markets, innovation frameworks, and scalable business models.
She is a TESDA-certified professional in Establishing and Operating Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), reflecting her commitment to sustainable enterprise development and entrepreneurship education.
Ms. Ilano began her professional journey at Golden Crest International Foods Corporation, a franchisee of Jollibee Foods Corporation, where she rose from Junior Manager to Marketing Officer. During her tenure, she built extensive experience in team leadership, customer service, and marketing and service operations—skills that continue to inform her leadership and management style in her current executive role.
