Professional Background and Civic Involvement
Reynante V. Torres is an operations manager and human resource professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Business Process Outsourcing, and Operations Management. He currently serves as the Operations Head of Lopez and Co. CPAs, a public accounting firm based in Manila. He is also the Senior Manager of LFC Solutions.Net, Inc., specializing in Business Process Outsourcing services.
Mr. Torres holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Operations Management, from Emilio Aguinaldo College – Manila. He is a holder of a Master in Business Administration from Philippine Christian University – Manila and also holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Mother Divine Assistance College – Bulacan.
He attended Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies at Harvard Business School, Tourism and Travel Management at The University of Queensland, and Advanced Economics at the Study Section in Mohali, India, which ranked No. 1 globally in July 2023. In addition, he is a TESDA-certified professional in sustainable work standards, entrepreneurship, and human skills development, and a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Torres served as the Operations and Marketing Head of Mets Bar and Grill, Inc. at the Metropolitan Club, Rockwell Makati. He began his professional journey at Golden Crest International Foods Corporation, a Franchisee of Jollibee Foods Corporation, where he rose from Junior Manager to Marketing Officer, gaining extensive experience in team leadership, customer service, and marketing operations.
