Ma. Victoria R. Lopez, Senior Partner & COO
- Ma. Victoria R. Lopez has more than 45 years of experience in the audit of clients belonging to the banking, finance and insurance sector, hotels, real estate companies, universities and hospitals.
Leadership Team
- Lean A. Ilano is a finance and marketing professional with experience in financial management, business operations, and strategic planning. She currently serves as CFO of the RTL Group of Companies and previously worked in marketing and operations at Golden Crest International Foods Corporation. She holds an MBA from the Philippine Christian University and completed executive studies at Harvard Business School.
- Jo-Anne Mikka G. Rosario is a CPA with experience in auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and business process outsourcing. She is a Senior Manager at Lopez and Co. CPAs and LFC Solutions.Net, Inc., managing audit engagements and BPO operations. She is an active member of PICPA and ACPAPP.
- Reynante V. Torres is an operations and human resource professional with over 17 years of experience in marketing, BPO, and operations management. He serves as Operations Head of Lopez and Co. CPAs and Senior Manager at LFC Solutions.Net, Inc. He holds an MBA from Philippine Christian University and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and international institutions.

- Higinio C. Fabian served as the Executive Vice President of Philippine Postal Savings Bank from 2011 – 2017 and Partner of Lopez Fabian and Co., CPAs in 2003. He was also the Chairman of KPMG MCC Information Technology Consulting.
- Enrico T. Lopez, P.E., is a Professional Electrical Engineer and data center specialist with over forty years of experience in mission-critical facility design, engineering, and operations. His work spans major electrical infrastructure and data center projects across the United States, Europe, and Asia, with expertise in system design, commissioning, and project management. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Mapúa Institute of Technology and is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer in California.
- Prof. Jekell Salosagcol has extensive experience in auditing and consultancy for over 26 years. Currently, he is a CPA reviewer at the CRC-ACE Review School. He has also authored and published books: Basic Accounting Theory and Concepts and A Guide in Understanding the Philippine Standards on Auditing.

She holds a Masters degree in Strategic Communication “With Distinction” from Seton Hall University in 2008 and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Mananagement. She participated in the Executive Program for Business Essentials at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Governance at De La Salle University, Philippines in 2001.
Katrina Marie Lopez Myers, FMP
